This Privacy Policy explains how Statisfactory LLC (“StatisfactoryFF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use statisfactoryff.com and the StatisfactoryFF ESPN Connect browser extension.
Information We Handle
ESPN Connection Information
When you intentionally select the connection button in the browser extension, the extension accesses your ESPN SWID and espn_s2 session cookies. These are authentication tokens that allow StatisfactoryFF to request fantasy league information that your ESPN account is authorized to access.
The extension also reads a temporary StatisfactoryFF connection token from the StatisfactoryFF connection page. This token associates the extension request with your active StatisfactoryFF session.
Fantasy League Information
After a successful connection, StatisfactoryFF may process league information returned by ESPN, such as league settings, team names, rosters, schedules, matchups, transactions, scores, standings, and related fantasy statistics, to generate the analytics you request.
Basic Technical Information
Our website and hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested pages, and diagnostic or security logs.
We do not collect your ESPN password. The extension accesses the two ESPN session cookies only after you click the connection button. It does not collect your general browsing history.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to:
- connect the ESPN fantasy account you authorize;
- retrieve the fantasy league information you request;
- provide league analytics, reports, and simulations;
- maintain your active StatisfactoryFF session;
- operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell ESPN session cookies or use them for advertising, credit decisions, or data-broker activities.
How the Extension Transmits and Stores Information
The extension sends the ESPN session cookies and temporary connection token over HTTPS directly to statisfactoryff.com. The extension does not save the ESPN session cookies in Chrome extension storage after the connection request is completed.
StatisfactoryFF may hold the ESPN session cookies temporarily in your server-side session so it can retrieve and analyze your league data during your use of the service. Session information is removed when the applicable session expires or is cleared. We retain operational and security logs only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
When Information Is Shared
We do not sell or rent your information. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate and secure StatisfactoryFF. Our current hosting infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, StatisfactoryFF, or others.
Security
We use HTTPS for information transmitted to StatisfactoryFF and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You can choose not to connect your ESPN account. You can also stop using the extension, uninstall it, sign out of ESPN, or clear the relevant browser cookies. Signing out of ESPN or clearing those cookies may invalidate the authentication tokens.

Children’s Privacy
StatisfactoryFF is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
